Description:

• Partner with stakeholders to solve complex business challenges through data analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Design and maintain business KPIs, ensuring metric consistency and data quality across teams.
• Analyze large datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
• Create scalable analytical solutions, including Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting.
• Lead investigations and impact assessments for product launches and operational performance.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance data exploration and automate analyses.
• Communicate analytical findings effectively to influence decisions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data quality and reporting.
• Mentor analysts in technical skills and stakeholder communication.
• Drive alignment and knowledge sharing across global teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, etc.).
• Expert SQL skills, including complex joins and query optimization.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI, including DAX and visualization design.
• Strong Python skills for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with large datasets and scalable analytical solutions.
• Solid understanding of statistics and hypothesis-driven analysis.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance analytical workflows.
• Strong data visualization skills and user-centered design.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills in English.
