Remote Senior Data Analyst

Description:

• Join Brightwheel as a Senior Data Analyst to drive insights and analytics for the Education curriculum subscription/ecommerce business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data needs into actionable recommendations and optimize the customer journey.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a relevant technical role, preferably in subscription or ecommerce.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, data transformation (dbt), and BI tools (Sigma or Tableau).
• Experience in creating and maintaining data models and pipelines for Post-Sales reporting.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and translating technical information.
• Demonstrated fluency in using AI to enhance workflows and analyses.
• Bonus: Experience with Salesforce.
