Description:
- Translate strategic and operational questions into analyses, dashboards, reports, and recommendations for leadership.
- Define, document, and govern business metrics across various operational areas.
- Build reliable self-service dashboards for multiple teams.
- Analyze user journeys and transaction trends to guide product and growth decisions.
- Support operations and finance analytics for performance and profitability insights.
- Identify unusual patterns and improve trust through fraud and anomaly insights.
- Design analyses for pilots, pricing, and operational changes; support forecasting.
- Present insights clearly and convert analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with data engineering to improve data quality and analytics readiness.
- Mentor less experienced analysts in analysis quality and stakeholder communication.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
- Strong experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Understanding of KPI design, funnel analysis, and forecasting.
- Ability to convert ambiguous questions into structured analytical plans.
- Experience with large-scale transactional or operational datasets.
- Working knowledge of Python or R for analysis and automation.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical findings.
- Strong attention to data accuracy and documentation.
- Comfort in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
