The Senior Data Engineer will lead the creation and execution of data models and strategies that support the product.
Responsibilities include owning data sourcing pipelines, designing and implementing ETL solutions, providing technical leadership, driving operational efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The role requires a results-oriented attitude and a passion for developing digital data pipelines in a fast-paced startup environment.
Candidates must have significant knowledge of the crypto industry and at least 4 years of hands-on experience in data modeling, schema design, and data warehousing.
Proficiency in Typescript, Go, or Python, along with strong SQL expertise, is essential.
Experience with data warehouses like Timescale, Snowflake, or BigQuery, and familiarity with DevOps tools is required.
Hands-on experience with Solana and building ingestion pipelines is highly desirable.
Requirements:
Candidates must have significant knowledge of the crypto industry; mere interest is insufficient.
A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with data modeling, schema design, data operations, and data warehousing is required.
Proficiency in Typescript, Go, and/or Python is essential, along with strong expertise in SQL, ideally with Postgres, dbt, and Hypertables.
Deep experience in creating data warehouses using Timescale, Snowflake, and/or BigQuery is necessary.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and solutions such as Docker, CI/CD, and AWS is required.
Experience in crypto, web3, startup, or incubator environments is preferred.
A background in designing, building, and managing microservices is advantageous.
Hands-on experience with Solana ingestion pipelines and decoding transactions is a significant plus.

This is a full-time exempt position with a salary range of $160,000 - $200,000 per year.
