Remote Senior Data Engineer

Description:

• Join the team as a Senior Data Engineer to deliver a Workday reporting portfolio based on validated business requirements.
• Combine report development with business analysis, collaborating with stakeholders and the integration team to create secure and compliant reports, dashboards, and analytics.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering, Reporting, or Business Intelligence with strong Workday reporting skills.
• Proven ability to design and build various Workday report types, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports.
• Strong experience with calculated fields, custom report data sources, and report scheduling.
• Familiarity with Workday domain and business process security, and experience with integrations (RaaS/web services).
• Solid skills in requirements gathering, business analysis, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
