Remote Senior Data Engineer

• We operate under AGILE principles, with multidisciplinary teams and full ownership of projects.
• Your responsibilities include participating in the design and development of Data solutions, developing projects from scratch with minimal supervision, fostering best practices, and developing ETLs using Spark (Python/Scala).
• You will work on cloud-based projects using Azure or AWS and build scalable pipelines with various technologies.

Requirements:

• You must have at least 6 years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong experience with Python or Scala and Spark, particularly in processing large datasets, is required.
• You should have solid experience in cloud platforms, specifically Azure or AWS.
• Hands-on experience in building data pipelines (CI/CD) is necessary.
• Experience with testing (unit, integration, etc.) is required.
• Bonus points for experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or Fabric.
• Bonus points for experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases is essential.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
• A strong team player mindset is required.
