Description:

Join Socure's Data Automation team as a Senior Data Engineer to design and build scalable data platforms and pipelines for identity verification products.
Play a critical role in solving real business problems with data, combining hands-on engineering expertise with strong ownership.

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on data engineering experience with production-grade data platforms and pipelines.
Strong programming skills in Python or Scala, and SQL for data analytics.
Deep experience with distributed data processing frameworks like Apache Spark.
Proven experience with AWS services (EMR, Lambda, S3, etc.) and data modeling concepts.
Experience operating production pipelines, including monitoring and incident response.
Solid foundation in software engineering practices (version control, CI/CD, testing).
Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred: Experience with streaming data processing (Kafka, Kinesis), data orchestration tools (Airflow), and modern data platform patterns.
