Description:

  • Act as a strategic advisor to pharmaceutical clients, designing and implementing data governance frameworks.
  • Lead client engagements, shaping governance strategy and ensuring alignment with business, IT, and compliance stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in data governance or management, preferably in pharma or regulated industries.
  • Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory standards (GxP, GDPR, FDA/EMA).
  • Proven ability to lead client engagements and mentor teams.
  • Hands-on expertise with governance tools (Collibra, Informatica, Alation, Veeva).
  • Fluency in German and English; candidates must be based in Germany with a valid EU work permit.
