Remote Senior Data Scientist

Description:

• Join Phantom as a Senior Data Scientist to shape consumer products through analysis, experimentation, and data.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, and Growth teams to understand user behavior and guide product decisions.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in data science or product analytics with a proven record of influencing product decisions.
• Strong foundation in statistics and practical experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills for data exploration and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with dbt, data modeling, and modern data platforms, including orchestration tools like Dagster.
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Codex or Cursor in workflows.
• Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and communicate recommendations effectively.
