Description:

  • Seeking a hands-on, highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to support large enterprise clients in advanced analytics and AI.
  • Responsible for building decisioning engines for next best action (NBA) and next best content (NBC) using modeling, offline evaluation, and production deployment on Databricks.

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years in data science or applied ML with experience in NBA, NBC, recommendation, or personalization in production.
  • Strong experience with Databricks (Spark/PySpark, Delta Lake, MLflow).
  • Solid grounding in machine learning, deep learning (PyTorch or TensorFlow), and reinforcement learning.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with MLOps practices and A/B testing.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field (Master's or PhD preferred).
