Description:

  • Join VRChat as a Senior Data Scientist to drive strategic product decisions and advance the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user behavior, creator activity, and product metrics.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data science, product analytics, or related fields.
  • Expert SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R for analysis and automation.
  • Strong product sense and experience with A/B testing and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders and present findings.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or quantitative field.
