Remote Senior Developer Advocate (Education), EMEA

Description:

• Teach a community of automation, no-code, and open source builders through practical how-tos and relationship building.
• Own certified courses and create short-form content for various channels: videos, blogs, meetups, etc.
• Work on awareness and activation content to guide users from sign-up to proficiency.
• Collaborate with partners on co-marketing and curriculum opportunities.
• Ensure content accuracy to maintain company reputation.
• Monitor success metrics and adjust initiatives based on effectiveness.
• Design learning outcomes with clear objectives and assessments.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in tech, with 2+ years in Developer Relations or Education.
• Experience teaching and building community through YouTube, courses, blogs, etc.
• Strong teaching, learning, mentoring, and communication skills.
• Empathetic, inclusive, and enthusiastic about helping others learn.
• Passionate about automation, no-code, and/or open source.
• Ability to build n8n workflows and identify errors.
• Bonus: experience in instructional design or certification programs.
