  • The role is for a Senior DevOps/Infrastructure & AI LLM Systems Engineer, who will be the first dedicated DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer and will take full ownership of cloud infrastructure, deployments, reliability, and scaling.
  • The engineering team operates with intensity and rapid iteration, and the new hire will play a key role in maintaining the platform's speed and reliability.
  • The position also involves contributing at the LLM layer, including running evaluations, experimenting with models, and optimizing costs.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in DevOps/infrastructure roles, preferably in fast-paced SaaS or startup environments.
  • Experience in scaling production systems and understanding system behavior under real load is essential.
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes and comfort with writing Ruby/Python for scripting or tools is required.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate should be familiar with Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure, GCP, GitHub Actions CI/CD, PostgreSQL, Redis, Sidekiq, LLM APIs, and Terraform or similar IaC.
  • Strong coding ability to contribute across the stack is a must.
  • Candidates earlier in their career with strong infrastructure experience and potential for growth are also encouraged to apply.
