Description:

  • Lead the establishment of enterprise data standards and a data catalog to unify data definitions across various departments.
  • Serve as the senior-most technical authority on data standards, taxonomy, and governance, reporting to the SVP of AI, Data & Data Science.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in data architecture or enterprise data roles with hands-on experience in data catalogs and ontologies.
  • Proficient in Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses, data modeling, and metadata management tools.
  • Strong communication skills to build consensus across diverse functions.
  • Experience in healthcare data, particularly in revenue cycle or patient financial services.
  • Solid technical foundation in data modeling and familiarity with modern data stack components.
