Remote Senior Director, Real World Data (RWD)

Description:

• Lead the development and implementation of the Real World Data (RWD) strategy, platform, and data pipeline.
• Transform diverse real-world datasets into regulatory-grade, research-ready assets to support clinical development and digital health products.
• Oversee the RWD Informatics team in curating datasets from EHR, claims, and other sources while ensuring data quality and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform regulatory decisions and improve patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in clinical informatics, including RWD application in product development.
• 10+ years of experience leading high-performing teams in a matrixed organization.
• Proficiency in data modeling, terminology normalization, and experience with Python, R, or SQL.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
