Description:

  • Join Reddit's Ad Formats team to enhance ad experiences across platforms and formats.
  • Focus on improving developer efficiency, system reliability, and scalability of ad formats infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and/or React.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex frontend projects independently.
  • Strong skills in frontend architecture, state management, and API integration.
  • Experience in building user interfaces with a focus on usability and performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with instrumentation and product metrics for user experience improvement.
