The Senior Frontend Engineer will join Tailor's Frontend Platform team full-time.
This role involves building engaging frontend experiences for developers, including the developer Console application and frontend framework, components, and libraries.
Responsibilities include collaborating with Core Platform teams to develop user interfaces for platform features and working with Forward Deployed teams to create frontend applications for end-customer solutions.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
Deep expertise in React and TypeScript is required.
Experience in building design systems, component libraries, or developer-facing tools is necessary.
Applicants should have thoughtful perspectives on frontend architecture, state management, and developer experience.
Comfort in working asynchronously across time zones (AU/JP/US) is essential.
Candidates must have shipped production software to real users and understand the distinction between code and product.
Experience with headless/composable platforms or enterprise software is preferred.
Familiarity with Terraform and Go is a plus, or candidates should be eager to learn these technologies.
