The role involves owning the frontend architecture and implementation using React and TypeScript, focusing on user experience for legal workflows.

Requirements:

Production experience with React and TypeScript applications, particularly with complex user workflows.
Strong knowledge of frontend architecture, state management, forms, and maintainable patterns.
Experience with multi-step applications, validation, and error handling.
Ability to define API contracts and collaborate with backend engineers.
Strong practices in accessibility, performance, and automated testing.
Ability to provide technical guidance and review code for frontend standards.
Independent work capability on a greenfield product.

Competitive compensation ranging from $130,000 to $145,000 annually, based on experience and contributions.
