Workstate is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design and develop responsive user interfaces, backend services, APIs, and data-driven applications using modern JavaScript and TypeScript technologies.
The role involves building React-based user experiences, developing Node.js services, and integrating with PostgreSQL databases.
Candidates should be passionate about modern web development, clean architecture, and delivering high-quality software.
This position is open to residents of Colombia or Argentina with the right to work in their country.

Requirements:

5–7 years of professional software development experience, with expertise in both frontend and backend development.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript, and extensive experience with React.
Strong experience in developing backend applications with Node.js and designing PostgreSQL databases.
Familiarity with Redux Toolkit, React Query, RESTful APIs, and frontend build tools.
Understanding of responsive design, backend performance, scalability, and application security.
B2-level English competency or higher for effective communication in professional settings.
