Description:

Slate is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to develop an AI-first video editor, integrating AI deeply into the user experience.
The role involves building a chat-driven interface, timeline integration, and streaming UI for AI plan previews, with high ownership in a fast-paced team.

Requirements:

5+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping polished product features.
Experience in building interfaces that utilize AI/ML outputs, including streaming responses and async workflows.
Ability to own features from UI to backend services without handoffs.

Benefits:

Equity options and competitive salary ($170k–200k in the US; $95k–140k for the Rest of World).
Unlimited PTO, wellness stipend, health insurance stipend, and home office budget.
