Description:

Build a best-in-class web experience for sophisticated retail traders on a new, AI-native active trading platform.
Ship core active trading workflows including order entry, positions/holdings, blotter/activity, watchlists, alerts, and high-information-density views.
Develop AI-native UI patterns that earn trust and enhance user experience.
Collaborate with users and stakeholders to define features and drive projects to completion.
Work closely with backend engineers to design contracts for low-latency trading interactions.
Gain a deep understanding of the markets/trading domain to create intuitive UX.

Requirements:

At least 8 years of experience with strong proficiency in any programming language; TypeScript/React preferred.
Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals and practical UI engineering.
Experience building complex, data-dense product surfaces like dashboards or trading workflows.
Ability to work with stakeholders to develop product ideas and deliver end-to-end.
High degree of self-motivation and problem-solving skills.

Base salary range of $200,000 - $350,000, based on experience and location.
