Remote Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (Full-Stack)

Description:

• Join Dscout to build a powerful UX research platform used by top brands across various industries.
• Work on Dscout AI Training & Evals to create human data and evaluations for AI models.
• Collaborate with AI labs and product teams to solve unique problems and deliver real-world AI use data.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in shipping production full-stack software.
• Experience with technical customers as a forward deployed engineer or similar role.
• Proficient in building and running data pipelines and hands-on experience with AI coding agents.
• Familiarity with LLMs and ability to reason about non-deterministic behavior.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Based in the Bay Area with occasional travel.
