• Responsibilities include architecting and implementing full-stack applications across web and mobile using modern frameworks and best practices.

• The engineer will set standards, mentor teammates, and uphold a high bar for engineering quality and delivery.
• AI-enhanced workflows will be leveraged to increase throughput and reduce time-to-market.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, AWS services, Tailwind CSS, and HTML/CSS is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of full-stack experience leading product builds in environments where quality and speed matter is necessary.
• Strong architectural skills across APIs, databases, DevOps, and scalable infrastructure are essential.
• The candidate must have the ability to prioritize and execute technical work in service of business and product strategy.
• Clear thinking and strong debugging skills with a preference for simple, maintainable solutions are required.
• Excellent communication skills and experience bridging technical and non-technical teams are necessary.
• Exposure to or interest in building AI-enabled products, LLMs, or data-driven features is important.
• Bonus points for experience with React Native or other mobile frameworks, a background in product studios, consultancies, or accelerator environments, having launched and maintained an entire product independently, and writing tests that allow teams to move fast with confidence.
