Description:

  • Design, build, and scale Checkbook's payments platform, including databases, backend services, APIs, and user interfaces.
  • Own projects from architecture through launch, ensuring high-quality web applications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience with Python, Postgres, and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js, Ember).
  • Familiarity with Python web frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, and Django.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into software solutions.
  • Fintech background is a plus but not required.
