Requirements:

7–15 years of software engineering experience with strong full-stack capability (frontend + backend).
Proven experience building and scaling web platforms for high growth (e.g., 3x+ annual volume).
Entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset; comfortable operating independently in a founding-team environment.
Experience working in remote, distributed engineering teams with excellent written and verbal communication.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Nice to have: Domain experience in construction finance, lending, or regulated financial services.
