Description:

Join Thumbtack's People team to enhance employee and leader experiences through innovative People programs.
Develop and maintain internal systems for AI-enabled workflows, focusing on sensitive data management and user permissions.

Requirements:

5+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack skills (React, TypeScript, Go, PHP, Python).
Experience with relational and non-relational databases (Postgres, DynamoDB).
Strong judgment in handling sensitive data and building internal tools.
Ability to work autonomously and improve technical standards within the team.

Benefits:

Competitive salary range of $180,200 - $233,200 for candidates in Ontario and British Columbia.
