Description:

Lead the development of the voice channel for HTS Assist, including telephony and CPaaS integrations.
Build product features across the stack using React/TypeScript, Scala, Python, and GCP.
Design for multi-tenant scale and ensure compliance with safety and audit requirements.
Maintain revenue-critical deployments through observability and incident response.
Mentor team members and conduct code and architecture reviews.

Requirements:

6+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack capabilities.
Experience with realtime systems, voice applications, and low-latency products.
Proficiency in React/TypeScript for frontend and Scala/Python for backend development.
Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices.
Familiarity with AI coding tools and operational systems mindset.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively across teams.
Bonus: Experience with conversational AI, cloud telephony platforms, and travel industry technologies.
