Description:

Join Xplor Technologies as a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build AI-powered platforms for various industries.
Work across the entire stack, from agent runtime and APIs to user interfaces, while mentoring others and shaping technical direction.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in production software, with strong Python (FastAPI, Pydantic) and TypeScript/React skills.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, retrieval systems, PostgreSQL, and multi-tenant SaaS security.
Familiarity with AWS, infrastructure as code, and a habit of measuring AI output quality.
