Requirements:

Several years of experience in developing cloud-based applications, with strong knowledge of microservice architectures, database design, and RESTful APIs.
Proficient in Java and Spring Boot; familiarity with React and AWS is a plus.
Strong interest in high-quality software development, structured work approach, and ability to understand complex domains.
Ability to empathize with customers to enhance their payroll experience.
Passion for agile software development (Scrum) and effective teamwork, communication, and responsibility.
Excellent German language skills (minimum C2 level).
