Remote Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, Community Building

Description:

• Join Acorns' new Community product team to enhance user engagement and growth through innovative features.
• Build systems for referral mechanics, social sharing, and real-time interactions that drive organic growth.

Requirements:

• Experience building social or engagement systems at scale, including feeds and referral flows.
• Proven ability to own features end-to-end across the full stack, including API design and client shipping.
• Familiarity with multiple client platforms (iOS, Android, Web) and ability to ramp up on new technologies.
• Experience with analytics to drive feature iteration and improvement.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and utilize AI-assisted development tools.
• Proficiency in two or more of the following technologies: Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Typescript, Dart, or Python.
