Remote Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (React, Next.js & Java)

Description:

• Mindera is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join their team.
• The role involves designing and building high-performance, secure, and scalable full-stack solutions with a focus on Java (Spring Boot), React, and Next.js.
• The position requires ensuring seamless integration between server-side logic and the front-end experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have strong experience in Java (Spring Boot), React.js, and Next.js.
• A solid understanding of backend architecture, microservices, and database management (SQL/NoSQL) is required.
• Experience with Redux or similar state management tools is necessary.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and REST APIs is expected.
• Candidates should have solid skills in HTML5, CSS3, and CSS pre/post-processors (SASS, LESS, PostCSS).
• Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, and React Testing Library is essential.
• Knowledge of performance optimization, observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Core Web Vitals), SEO, and accessibility best practices is required.
• Varied tech experience is highly valued, with exposure to different stacks and environments.
• Candidates should be passionate, self-driven, and comfortable working with little supervision.
• Strong English proficiency and clear, effective communication skills are essential.
