Requirements:

• Candidates must have 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, specifically with Node.js and AWS.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience leading engineering teams in roles such as tech lead, manager, or equivalent is required.
• Significant experience with AI-assisted software development tools, methods, and research is necessary.
• A strong background in designing and scaling backend services and APIs is essential.
• Experience managing production infrastructure in a serverless or distributed environment is required.
• A proven track record of delivering reliable, customer-facing SaaS products is necessary.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to align technical execution with business goals are essential.
