Description:

Build and scale core systems for Tesorio’s cash flow management platform.
Own end-to-end problems, shipping quickly in a low-structure environment across backend, APIs, and frontend.

Requirements:

Experience with large-scale systems and complex backend architecture; strong backend fundamentals (Python preferred).
Recent experience in fast-paced, low-structure teams with a track record of quick shipping and decision-making.
Clear ownership of meaningful work, demonstrating end-to-end responsibility.
Comfort using AI tools in development workflows.
Ability to work across the stack, contributing to backend, APIs, data workflows, and frontend.
