Description:

Seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer for a remote-first team building an AI-powered German language phone assistant for European businesses.
Responsible for end-to-end feature delivery, from ideation to release.

Requirements:

5+ years of full stack engineering experience delivering end-to-end web features.
Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React; experience with integrating LLMs is a plus.
Native German proficiency and fluent English for team collaboration.
Product-minded with the ability to measure success by customer value and outcomes.
Experience with product discovery, forming hypotheses, and validating them quickly.
Comfort with tracking, analytics, and data to support product decisions.
Experience in a high-growth startup environment and familiarity with GDPR/EU AI considerations.
