Requirements:

5+ years of fullstack engineering experience in SaaS products.
Strong production experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js; NestJS preferred.
Substantial backend and frontend experience; frontend-only backgrounds not suitable.
Native German proficiency and fluent English.
Experience with product discovery and data-driven decision-making.
Comfort with direct customer interaction for support and feedback.
Pragmatic, high-ownership mindset with end-to-end responsibility.
Experience integrating LLMs into applications and familiarity with GDPR/EU AI Act is a plus.
Prior experience in high-velocity startup environments is a plus.
