Description:

Senior individual contributor role on a fast-moving engineering team building an AI-powered phone assistant for European SMEs.
Own features end-to-end from discovery and architecture to release, impacting thousands of business customers.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a fullstack engineer with end-to-end delivery responsibility for customer-facing web applications.
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS, and React.
Native-level German proficiency and fluent English.
Product mindset focused on customer value.
Proven experience with product discovery and metrics-based decision making.
Strong CS fundamentals and experience integrating LLMs into production applications is a plus.
Familiarity with GDPR or EU AI Act considerations and experience deploying AI services on cloud infrastructure in Europe is a plus.

Salary range: €80,000 – €120,000 per year.
Fully remote position with a preference for candidates in Germany or Austria; office available in Vienna.
