Requirements:

• Extensive full-stack experience with production-grade systems.
• Strong front-end skills (React, TypeScript) and backend proficiency in C# or similar OO language.
• Solid system-design knowledge and experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, and experience mentoring engineers.
• AI-native development approach and clear communication skills.
