3Pillar Global is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer with expertise in React and .NET to guide technical direction and implementation across teams.
The role involves collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring high-quality code and architecture.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with proficiency in React, .NET Core (C#), and Azure (preferred).
Strong English proficiency and advanced skills in ReactJS, CSS, modern build tools, and backend services development.
Experience with SQL Server, clean architecture, SOLID principles, and architectural design patterns.
Ability to mentor and influence technical direction across teams, with a preference for experience in the medical domain.
