Remote Senior Fullstack Engineer (ROR & JS)

Description:

• Lead technical execution and delivery of large, complex projects with architectural guidance.
• Ensure long-term architecture, health, and quality of the codebase and systems.
• Champion AI-driven SDLC and agent-based building techniques.
• Mentor L5 engineers and foster team growth.
• Take full-cycle ownership of projects, including planning, risk management, and maintenance.
• Make impactful contributions across the full stack, including Ruby on Rails and light infrastructure work.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience as a senior full-stack engineer with technical leadership.
• Deep expertise in Ruby on Rails (6+ years) and PostgreSQL.
• Strong front-end experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, ideally with Stimulus JS or React.
• Experience owning complex systems end to end, including architecture and maintenance.
• Solid exposure to Heroku and/or GCP or similar cloud environments.
• Experience using AI in SDLC and product development is a plus.
