Description:

Join the Platform team to build Groove, a fullstack platform for planning and collaboration at Spotify.
Develop features for initiative tracking, planning workflows, and dependency management.
Work with technologies like React, TypeScript, Java, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
Collaborate with product managers and designers to create user-friendly experiences.
Ensure system reliability through testing and monitoring.
Participate in on-call rotations and respond to production incidents.
Lead the design and delivery of complex features and mentor other engineers.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in building scalable fullstack applications.
Proficient in both frontend and backend technologies with a solid understanding of APIs and distributed systems.
Experience in system design and influencing technical direction.
Strong communication skills for documentation and collaboration.
Ability to write clean, maintainable code and navigate ambiguity effectively.
Experience with AI-assisted development tools and a commitment to quality.
Passion for mentoring and continuous learning.
