lemlist operates two business lines: Sales Engagement with their flagship product lemlist, generating $38M ARR, and Personal Branding with Taplio & Tweet Hunter, generating $5M ARR.
The company is seeking a Senior Fullstack TypeScript Developer to design and develop new features for their SaaS products.
Responsibilities include designing and developing new features independently, stepping into a technical lead role, improving the code base, working on multiple projects, assisting customer support with technical issues, and facilitating knowledge sharing among developers.
Key results expected within 3 months include successful onboarding, understanding of the products, and contributions to feature development.
Within 12 months, the developer is expected to play a key role in multiple successful projects and contribute to software optimization and scalability.

Requirements:

Candidates must be experts in TypeScript/JavaScript with at least 7 years of experience.
A proven track record in building and maintaining web applications is required.
A robust understanding of NodeJS and MongoDB is essential, and familiarity with React is ideal.
Candidates should be able to work independently and take ownership of complex projects.
Fast learning ability and comfort with agile methodologies are necessary.
Strong communication skills are important, and candidates should be comfortable working remotely using tools like Gather, Slack, and Notion.
Adaptability and a willingness to explore new technologies are required, with the ability to work on front-end integration, back-end development, and performance optimization.
Fluency in both French and English is required, and candidates should be located in the French timezone.
