Requirements:

3–5 years of Go development experience focused on backend systems and around 5 years in fintech applications.
Understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, API design, and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, message brokers, and caching systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD practices, AWS cloud platform, and observability tools.
Strong communication skills in English and Russian, with a security-by-design mindset and knowledge of regulatory requirements in fintech.
