Description:

• Seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior AI GTM Advisor to maximize customer value from the Outreach platform.
• Role combines Customer Success Management with a focus on AI enablement, insights, and automation to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, GTM/RevOps, Consulting, or sales-process advisory roles, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Experience in driving software adoption, leading change management, and managing enterprise customer relationships.
• Strong analytical skills, executive presence, and ability to influence stakeholders on AI GTM strategy.
• Familiarity with AI/ML products, predictive analytics, and core GTM workflows is preferred.
