Remote Senior I Fullstack Engineer, Emerging Products & Product Platform

Description:

• Vanta is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to build emerging products and contribute to the Product Platform using React, Typescript, Node, GraphQL, and MongoDB.
• The role involves leading complex projects, collaborating across teams, mentoring engineers, and making strategic tradeoffs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full stack experience with a focus on backend development.
• Proven experience leading small teams and delivering impactful projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in building user-facing SaaS products for startups and enterprises.
• Familiarity with building 0→1 products and solving complex engineering challenges.
• Experience with TypeScript is a plus.
• Openness to using AI to enhance work efficiency.
