Description:

Staff-level engineering role at an AI-native fintech SaaS company focused on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) software.
Collaborate with executive leadership to shape platform architecture and influence technical direction.

Requirements:

8+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in system design or architecture.
Strong full-stack proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
Solid experience with React; preference for well-balanced full-stack or frontend-leaning engineers.
Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery for scalable cloud services.
Experience with MongoDB schema modeling, querying, and optimization.
Strong testing discipline across unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
Proven track record in leading platform architecture decisions and mentoring engineers.
Ability to work effectively in a fully distributed remote team across the US, Canada, and LATAM.

Salary range: $185,000 – $240,000 USD annually.
Visa sponsorship available.
Fully remote position open to candidates in the US, Canada, and LATAM, with primary hiring in Canada.
