Requirements:

6+ years of professional software engineering experience in production systems.
Strong expertise in at least one of Python, Java, Rust, C#, or C++, with experience in a second language.
Full-stack engineering experience including backend services, modern frontend frameworks, database design, and cloud infrastructure.
Experience with AI/ML systems, LLM APIs, or model evaluation workflows is advantageous.
Strong communication skills and ability to work 40 hours per week.
