Description:

  • Build critical systems for the AgentControl team, including web applications and distributed systems for AI evaluations.
  • Manage the software development lifecycle for shipping agents, enabling teams to adjust agent behavior without redeploying.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on full-stack features.
  • Proficiency in Go, Python, TypeScript, and experience with RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
  • Understanding of AI services, prompt engineering, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to collaborate with product and design teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Experience with GenAI features and Large Language Models (LLMs).
