Requirements:

3+ years of professional experience in building and deploying production software.
Strong production experience in at least one of Python, Java, Rust, C#, or C++, with proficiency in a second language.
Hands-on full-stack development experience, including backend services, modern front-end frameworks, and cloud deployment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to fast-changing environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
