Description:

  • Lead strategy and execution of changes within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Gather requirements, generate solutions, and implement changes in Salesforce.
  • Design and modify data flows between Salesforce and connected systems.
  • Ensure optimal performance of CRM including Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of Salesforce/enterprise systems experience.
  • Certified Salesforce Administrator and relevant Salesforce certifications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail for data accuracy and compliance.
  • Deep understanding of business processes and project management.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
