Description:

  • Develop and maintain source code for applications in a SCRUM team.
  • Mentor junior and medior developers while analyzing customer requirements and proposing application architecture.
  • Implement customer requirements in Java and ensure quality through testing and security compliance.
  • Engage in project estimation and technology stack negotiations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technologies.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in complex solution development.
  • Proficiency in object-oriented programming and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills.
  • English proficiency at B2 level; German is a plus.
